Her strong management and leadership background have been gained whilst working within Local Authority and Charitable sector as a Senior Manager within Business. Ambers passion for continuous development and belief that people are resourceful, has driven her to create a career which spans various levels of effective management, leadership and coaching. Amber is a highly experienced coach who is passionate about the lasting impact and level of change that coaching can create. She offers a challenging and safe space to explore current reality. Sessions are focused on good questioning to promote deeper conversations and understanding of current situations, and exploration of options available to create and shape positive change. Amber works with proven coaching models such as GROW and OSCAR and is experienced in the introduction of a wide range of coaching tools and techniques to support the sessions. Clients will feel both relaxed and challenged, and sessions remain focused entirely on the client goals and agenda.
