Open Workshop

We are delighted to launch the dates/themes of our 2024 Open Workshops. They are not restricted to those Dare to Lead trained, everyone is welcome to join us.

Just like our Open Dare To Lead Programmes, these events will attract participants from different organisations who are interested in improving their leadership skills.

Theme:  Dare to be an Emotionally Intelligent Leader

When:  21st May 2024

Time:  9:30am to 12 noon

Aim:  To understand how our emotional state influences how we show up and ​behave as leaders​.

Cost:  Just £95 plus VAT, per person

Theme:  Dare to Give Feedback

When:  12th July 2024

Time:  9:30am to 12 noon

Aim:  To develop your skills and mindset for delivering developmental feedback well.

Cost:  Just £95 plus VAT, per person

CPD:  Participants upon completion of the workshop will receive a CPD hours certificate from The Association for Coaching.

Theme:  Dare to Cultivate Psychological Safety

When:  26th September 2024

Time:  2pm to 4:30pm

Aim:  To explore and increase understanding of the importance of psychological safety and practical steps to create safe environments.

Cost:  Just £95 plus VAT, per person

CPD:  Participants upon completion of the workshop will receive a CPD hours certificate from The Association for Coaching.

Theme:  Dare to Manage Change Well

When:  7th November 2024

Time:  9:30am to 12 noon

Aim:  To equip leaders with essential tools and techniques to manage organisational ​change well.
