Open Workshop
We are delighted to launch the dates/themes of our 2025 Open Workshops. They are not restricted to those Dare to Lead trained, everyone is welcome to join us.
Just like our Open Dare To Lead Programmes, these events will attract participants from different organisations who are interested in improving their leadership skills.

Theme: Dare to slow down
When: 24th September 2025
Time: 2:00pm to 4:30pm
Aim: To connect with the harmful effects of the constant rush of modern life and explore the benefits of an increased mindful reality.
Cost: £95 plus VAT, per person
Theme: Dare to be Imperfect
When: 11th December 2025
Time: 9:30am to 12 noon
Aim: To raise awareness about the impact of perfectionism on mental wellbeing and work performance.
Objectives:
- Understand how perfectionism is shame driven (the most primitive and universal of all emotions)
- To explore the link between perfectionism, stress, procrastination and burnout
- Practice healthy striving and growth mindset
Cost: £95 plus VAT, per person
Perfectionism is a shield that people carry around, thinking it will protect them.
Theme: Dare to set Boundaries
When: 10th March 2026
Time: 2:00pm to 4:30pm
Aim: To achieve insight and understanding on the importance of boundary setting to support wellbeing and reduce the risk of burnout in work.
Objectives:
- To understand what a boundary is and why they are important
- To explore burnout – triggers and risks
- To connect with your window of tolerance
- To leave with awareness of what you need to practice
Cost: £95 plus VAT, per person
Boundaries are a prerequisite for compassion and empathy.
Theme: Dare to give feedback
When: 9th June 2026
Time: 9:30am to 12 noon
Aim: To develop your skills and mindset for delivering developmental feedback well.
Objectives:
- To explore the purpose and intent of feedback
- To connect with the barriers/blocks to good developmental feedback discussions
- To offer feedback with the brain in mind
- To strengthen the practice of feedback
Cost: £95 plus VAT, per person

Theme: Dare to manage change
When: 10th September 2026
Time: 2:00pm to 4:30pm
Aim: To equip leaders with essential tools and techniques to manage organisational change well
Objectives:
- Gain an understanding of different approaches to managing change
- Understand the human response to change and how to lead others well
- The role of connection and communication in change
Cost: £95 plus VAT, per person
